Jahrhunderts meistern zu k\u00f6nnen. Sowohl in der Gesellschaft als auch in der Politik ist das Thema so pr\u00e4sent wie noch nie. Auf Grundlage der daraus resultierenden Kundenw\u00fcnsche und gesetzlichen Vorgaben richtet sich die Industrie dementsprechend aus. \u201eDesign for Recycling\u201c in Kombination mit Leichtbau ist ein Weg, diesen neuen Anforderungen zu begegnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel von DiDe4Rec ist es, einen ganzheitlichen Entwicklungsansatz f\u00fcr kreislauff\u00e4hige Leichtbauprodukte auf Basis faserverst\u00e4rkter Polymere zu erarbeiten und zu validieren. Dieser bef\u00e4higt Produktdesigner:innen, neben technischen Vorgaben und dem \u00f6konomischen Umfeld auch die \u00f6kologische Dimension der Kreislauff\u00e4higkeit bereits im Konstruktionsprozess zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Hierbei ist die lebenszyklus\u00fcbergreifende Kenntnis der Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Verarbeitung, Nutzung, Aufbereitung und Wiedereinsatz der Werkstoffe ein Kernaspekt, welcher im Vorhaben durch die digitale Bereitstellung und Analyse von Material-, Prozess- und Umweltinformationen erfolgen wird. Es stehen daher neben dem eigentlichen \u201eDesign for Recycling\u201c die Beschreibung der Produkt- und Qualit\u00e4tskenngr\u00f6\u00dfen sowie deren Ver\u00e4nderung durch die entsprechende Prozessgestaltung und die einhergehende Datenerfassung im Fokus.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen des Projektes wird der Ansatz exemplarisch f\u00fcr die beiden Prozessketten Thermoformen und Spritzgie\u00dfen von Leichtbauprodukten entwickelt und validiert. Die Methodik soll auch auf andere Prozessrouten \u00fcbertragbar sein, sodass ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen aus verschiedenen Branchen profitiert und die Akzeptanz f\u00fcr \u201cDesign for Recycling\u201d im Markt gesteigert wird.
