Die mechanischen, medialen und thermischen Belastungen sind bei Elektrofahrzeugen signifikant reduziert, gleichzeitig steigen die Herausforderungen in Bezug auf elektromagnetische Vertr\u00e4glichkeit (EMV), Leichtbau und Akustik.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des EAC+ Projektes ist es, kreislauff\u00e4hige, nachhaltige, \u00f6konomisch und technisch konkurrenzf\u00e4hige Geh\u00e4usestrukturen zu entwickeln, die ein hohes Potential haben, in verschiedensten Branchen Anwendung zu finden und gleichzeitig den hohen elektromagnetischen Anforderungen der Elektromobilit\u00e4t gerecht werden. Demonstriert werden soll dies an einer der technologisch anspruchsvollsten Komponenten elektrischer Fahrzeuge, dem Geh\u00e4use des Traktionsinverters.<\/p>\n<p>Mit den EAC+ Projektpartnern wird eine neue Art des hybriden Spritzgusses entwickelt. Bei diesem werden das Spritzgie\u00dfen und die Metallumformung miteinander in einem Prozess kombiniert. Die Innovation der EAC+ Technologie beruht dabei auf der neuartigen Konstruktion, dem einzigartigen Prozess sowie einer breiteren Materialauswahl, welche es in Summe erm\u00f6glichen hochintegrative, CO2-arme beziehungsweise CO2-neutrale sowie recyclinggerechte Produkte zu fertigen, die leichter und kosteng\u00fcnstiger als heutige L\u00f6sungen sind und dabei die hohen Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung der EMV erf\u00fcllen. Zudem zeichnen sich die L\u00f6sungen durch deutlich reduzierte Fertigungsschritte, einen geringen Montageaufwand, verbesserte akustische Eigenschaften sowie signifikante Energie- und
