Einen wichtigen Beitrag in der Umsetzung soll hierbei das Recycling von Kunststoffen mit einem forcierten hohen Einsatz von Kunststoffrezyklaten in Neuprodukten leisten. Der funktionsintegrative Leichtbau mit einem hohen Anteil an polymerbasierten Werkstoffen spielt bereits eine zentrale Rolle bei der CO\u2082-Einsparung im Mobilit\u00e4tssektor. Durch den Einsatz von Rezyklaten in Leichtbaustrukturen k\u00f6nnen diese Einsparpotenziale nochmals deutlich erweitert werden, da die Verwendung von Prim\u00e4rrohstoffen und die damit einhergehenden Emissionen reduziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Im Verbundprojekt Gabriela wird die Recycling- und Kreislauff\u00e4higkeit von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kautex.com\/de\/automotive\/batteriesysteme\">Pentatonic Hochvolt-Batteriegeh\u00e4usen<\/a> des Automobilzulieferers Kautex Textron untersucht. Hierbei werden Kunststoff-Rezyklat Anteile bis zu 100\u2009% evaluiert. Dabei werden neue, adaptive Recyclingtechnologien zum Einsatz kommen. Diese sollen im Gegensatz zu anderen Verfahren insbesondere eine hohe Rezyklatqualit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glichen. Im Projekt wird der komplette Lebenslauf eines faserverst\u00e4rkten Kunststoff-Batteriegeh\u00e4uses von der Materialherstellung \u00fcber die erstmalige Verarbeitung, die Alterung im Einsatz sowie die Wiederaufbereitung bis hin zum Wiedereinsatz im gleichen Bauteil untersucht.
