Kern dieser Prozesskette ist eine flexible Fertigungszelle unter Nutzung der <strong>Spritzguss-Kombinationstechnik<\/strong>, die eine wandlungsf\u00e4hige und vollautomatisierte Vorbehandlung einer breiten Palette metallischer und nichtmetallischer Werkstoffe erlaubt. Die durchg\u00e4ngige Inline-Erfassung von Prozessdaten in der zugeschnittenen Anlagen-, Werkzeug- und Handhabungstechnik stellt eine umfassende Datenbasis f\u00fcr die Prozessanalyse bereit.<\/p>\n<p>Durch eine <strong>Digitalisierung der Hybridstrukturen<\/strong> in Entwicklung, Charakterisierung und Fertigung sowie die Zusammenf\u00fchrung der Real- und Simulationsdaten wird eine berechnungsgest\u00fctzte zerst\u00f6rungsfreie <strong>Inline-Qualit\u00e4tssicherung<\/strong> sowie die Prognose der Bauteileigenschaften m\u00f6glich. Basierend auf der <strong>virtuellen Abbildung der Prozesskette<\/strong> werden Methoden zur effizienten Gestaltung und Auslegung von Hybridstrukturen erarbeitet. Insbesondere soll deren Integrationsf\u00e4higkeit in Montagelinien der Serienproduktion mittels etablierter <strong>F\u00fcgetechnologien<\/strong> untersucht sowie Demontage- und Reparaturkonzepte erarbeitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das hohe Potenzial der entwickelten Prozesskette soll am Beispiel einer sicherheitsrelevanten Strukturkomponente demonstriert werden, wobei die erarbeiteten Auslegungsmethoden und die Prognosef\u00e4higkeit der <strong>Prozess- und Struktursimulation<\/strong> nachzuweisen sind.
