In batteriebetriebenen Elektrofahrzeugen sind die Energiespeicher vor \u00e4u\u00dfere Einfl\u00fcsse durch passive Strukturen gesch\u00fctzt. Die Batterieschutzstruktur besteht aktuell meist aus dickwandigem Aluminium, Stahl oder Titan, welches zum einen sehr schwer und zum anderen sehr teuer in der Herstellung ist. Die gr\u00f6\u00dferen bewegten Massen bei batterieelektrischen Fahrzeugen resultieren in einem hohen Ressourcenverbrauch und im Nutzungszyklus zu einer verringerten Fahrzeugreichweite. Deswegen ist hier der Leichtbau besonders wichtig.<\/p>\n<p>Vor diesem Hintergrund wird im Projektvorhaben I-Detekt eine intelligente Batterieschutzstruktur f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge aus glasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Kunststoff (GfK) entwickelt. Mit dieser k\u00f6nnen relevante Sch\u00e4digungen am dar\u00fcber liegenden Batteriemodul automatisiert erkannt und klassifiziert werden. Mit einer strukturintegrierten Sensorik besteht au\u00dferdem die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Ausma\u00df des Schadens durch eine mechanische Belastung automatisierten festzustellen, wodurch Serviceaufenthalte oder Komponentenwechsel nur noch bei nachweislicher Notwendigkeit und nicht auf Verdacht stattfindet, was eine erhebliche Einsparung von weiteren Ressourcen zur Folge hat.<\/p>\n<p>Ausgehend von einem detaillierten Anforderungsprofil entsteht in der ersten Projektphase ein digitaler Zwilling, womit virtuelle Analysen und Experimente zum Strukturverhalten beim Schadensfall m\u00f6glich sind. In der Folge k\u00f6nnen potenzielle Sensorpositionen innerhalb des Unterbodenschutzes hinreichend eingegrenzt und sowohl konstruktive als auch technologische Optimierungspotentiale fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt werden. Die zuverl\u00e4ssige Bewertung der strukturellen Integrit\u00e4t des Unterbodenschutzes und des Batteriemoduls nach einem Schadensereignis erfolgt durch aufbereitete Sensordaten aus dem digitalen Zwilling und durch Auswertealgorithmen f\u00fcr die Zustands- und Schadensklassifizierung. Eine weitere Zielstellung im Projektvorhaben ist die weitgehend automatisierte Fertigung eines generischen Produktdemonstrators. Mit dieser Demonstratorstruktur wird eine umfangreiche mechanische Charakterisierung durch angepasste Pr\u00fcfszenarien und eine Validierung bzw. iterative Anpassung der Auswertealgorithmen erm\u00f6glicht. Zur Absicherung der Verwertbarkeit der Projektergebnisse wird eine projektbegleitende Bewertung der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie des Ressourceneinsatzes mittels einer Lebenszyklus- und Lebenskostenanalyse durchgef\u00fchrt.
