Dieses Prinzip wurde auch im FOREL-Vorhaben KORESIL weiterverfolgt, jedoch stehen neben der Entwicklung ressourceneffizienter Technologien auch die Durchf\u00fchrung von Analysen und Bewertungen neuer Produktionshilfsmittel und Evaluationsmethoden, wie etwa Extended Reality (XR), kollaborierende Roboter und Online Life Cycle Assessment, im Mittelpunkt der Arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Vorhabens war es, technologische und soziale Innovationen f\u00fcr den ressourceneffizienten Leichtbau gleicherma\u00dfen voranzubringen. Dazu wurde eine auf f\u00fcnf Teiltechnologien basierende Prozesskette mit geschlossenem Stoffkreislauf entwickelt und r\u00e4umlich verteilt physisch aufgebaut. Parallel dazu war es Teil der Aufgabenstellung, ein virtuelles Abbild dieser Prozesskette auf Basis Digitaler Zwillinge umzusetzen. Durch die Verkn\u00fcpfung der im Projekt aufgebauten realen Prozesstechnik und digitalen Werkzeugen mit angepassten Schnittstellen und Visualisierungsmethoden wurde ein erweitertes Optimierungs- und Analysepotential in Bezug auf die gesamte Prozesskette sowie den Produktlebenszyklus erschlossen, sowohl in Hinblick auf eine gesteigerte Ressourceneffizienz als auch die Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Konzepte und Werkzeuge f\u00fcr die Arbeitsgestaltung und Mitarbeiterschulung. Insbesondere f\u00fcr soziotechnische Systeme auf Basis der Extended-Reality-(XR-)Technologie wurden Anwendungspotentiale aufgezeigt und der Einfluss auf eine sichere und attraktive verkn\u00fcpft und kreative L\u00f6sungen generiert, um das vorhandene Potential zur Material- und Energieeinsparung optimal auszusch\u00f6pfen. Konkrete Herausforderungen sind hier beispielsweise die Realisierung ressourceneffizienter Prozessketten, welche die bedarfsgerechte Kombination verschiedener Materialien und die gezielte Funktionsintegration erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Ziele der technologischen Arbeiten im Projekt waren<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entwicklung ressourceneffizienter Hochtechnologien<\/li>\n<li>Kreislauff\u00fchrung von Wertstoffen<\/li>\n<li>Robuste &#038; resiliente Produktion mit bedarfsgerechten XR-Umgebungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class='flex_column av-1jucj-03181611c3311456467654a176e62b2f av_one_half  avia-builder-el-12  el_after_av_two_third  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-ljfsstbq-924ff5802d600ff9a7eac18e387bafe4'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Im Arbeitsbereich <em>Ressourceneffiziente Prozesskette f\u00fcr funktionalisierte Aluminiumprofile<\/em> wurde eine Prozesskette mit geschlossenem Stoffkreislauf untersucht, die auf insgesamt f\u00fcnf neuartigen Fertigungstechnologien (FT) basiert (vgl. rechts). In einem angepassten <strong>Strangpressprozess\u00a0(FT\u00a01)<\/strong> werden Aluminium-(Al-)Strangpressprofile direkt aus granulatf\u00f6rmigem Recyclingmaterial hergestellt. Damit wird der Schmelzvorgang f\u00fcr das Recyclingmaterial eliminiert, was zu einer signifikanten Reduktion des Energieverbrauchs im Aluminiumkreislauf f\u00fchrt. Durch die Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses <strong>Laserauftragschwei\u00dfen\u00a0(FT\u00a02)<\/strong> mittels angepasster Optik und Prozessgestaltung konnten die Al-Profile mit lokalen Funktions- und Nebenformelementen funktionalisiert erfolgreich werden. Mit dem <strong>robotergest\u00fctzten Spritzgie\u00dfen\u00a0(FT\u00a03)<\/strong> wurden die Profile mit Funktionselementen aus Kunststoff hybridisiert, dabei kamen angepasste Werkzeugtechnologien und Methoden zur Oberfl\u00e4chenvorbereitung zum Einsatz und es wurden neuartige Markersysteme f\u00fcr die Werkstofferkennung im Recyclingschritt erprobt. F\u00fcr diese funktionalisierten Strukturen wurden werkstoffangepasste und gleichzeitig robuste <strong>F\u00fcgetechnologien\u00a0(FT\u00a04)<\/strong> charakterisiert und Wege zum effizienten Entf\u00fcgen evaluiert und technologisch umgesetzt. Darauf aufbauend wurden etablierte <strong>Recyclingverfahren\u00a0(FT\u00a05)<\/strong> adaptiert und zu einer angepassten Prozessfolge kombiniert, sodass ein Zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren der eingesetzten Materialien in die FT\u00a01 und 3 und damit ein geschlossener Stoffkreislauf mit zuvor nicht realisierbarer Energieeffizienz und Verwertungsquote erfolgreich demonstriert werden konnte. Im Rahmen von Workshops sowie psychologischen Studien erfolgte die Erprobung und Analyse. Hier standen die zuk\u00fcnftigen Nutzer:innen und insbesondere die Auswirkungen dieser neuartigen soziotechnischen Umgebungen auf deren Arbeitserleben sowie die Identifikation einer nutzerfreundlichen Gestaltung der Anwendungen im Fokus der Untersuchungen. Zum Ende des Projekts flossen die erarbeiteten technischen L\u00f6sungen und gestalterischen Vorgaben in die HoloLEIV-Anwendung ein, welche die Echtzeit-Interaktion mit einer realen Fertigungsanlage erfolgreich demonstrierte. Insgesamt konnte aufgezeigt werden, dass die Verkn\u00fcpfung von realer Prozesstechnik und digitalen Werkzeugen unter Einbeziehung angepasster Schnittstellen und Visualisierungsmethoden neue M\u00f6glichkeiten in Bezug auf die Prozesskette bietet, sowohl im Hinblick auf eine gesteigerte Ressourceneffizienz als auch eine nachhaltige und ergonomische
