itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Ziel des Vorhabens ist es, durch eine lebensphasen\u00fcbergreifende Produktentwicklung und den Einsatz ressourcenschonender Leichtbautechnologien ausgew\u00e4hlte Komponenten hinsichtlich ihrer CO<sub>2<\/sub> Bilanz zu \u00fcberarbeiten und in nachhaltige, kreislauff\u00e4hige Produkte zu transformieren. Im Projekt liegt hierbei der Fokus auf der elektrischen Maschine und einer Hochgeschwindigkeitsschalteinheit f\u00fcr Energie\u00fcbertragungsnetze. \u00a0Dabei wird der bestehende Produktentwicklungsprozess um \u00f6kologische Aspekte erweitert und die Grunds\u00e4tze einer Kreislaufwirtschaft bereits in fr\u00fchen Phasen ber\u00fccksichtigt. Der Einsatz neuer Marker-Technologien erm\u00f6glicht bestm\u00f6gliche Sortierung und Wiederverwertung der Bauteile sowie Materialien im Sinne einer Kreislaufwirtschaft. Ein ganzheitlicher und lebensphasen\u00fcbergreifender Produktentwicklungsprozess mit Fokus auf Ressourceneffizienz durch Leichtbau, erm\u00f6glicht die Entwicklung von Produkten mit gegrinstem \u00f6kologischem Fu\u00dfabdruck.<\/p>\n<p>Innerhalb des Forschungsvorhabens LiKE kooperieren die Firmen SIEMENS AG, iPoint-systems gmbh, Polysecure GmbH, MetisMotion GmbH, und THM Recycling Solutions GmbH mit den Forschungseinrichtungen Institut f\u00fcr Leichtbau- und Kunststofftechnik (ILK) der TU Dresden, Institut f\u00fcr Aufbereitungsmaschinen und Recyclingsystemtechnik (IART) der TU Bergakademie Freiberg und Institut f\u00fcr Mikrostrukturtechnik (IMT) des Karlsruher Institut f\u00fcr Technologie (KIT) zur Erarbeitung eines neuartigen, \u00f6kologisch fokussierten Entwicklungsprozesses f\u00fcr Produkte der Energiewende. Hierzu erfolgt parallel die systematische Entwicklung eines digitalen Zwillings durch konsequente Design-, Simulations-, und Werkstoffprozesse gekoppelt mit Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Analysen und einer Recycling-fokussierten Konstruktion.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt ist in vier Hauptarbeitspakete aufgeteilt. Zur Erf\u00fcllung der funktionalen und \u00f6kologischen Anforderungen findet im ersten Hauptarbeitspaket \u201eEntwicklung ressourceneffizienter Produkte\u201c ein lebensphasen\u00fcbergreifender Entwicklungsprozess f\u00fcr die ausgew\u00e4hlten Komponenten statt. Das zweite Hauptarbeitspaket \u201eDigital vernetzte Konstruktionsmethodik\u201c stellt die Entwicklungsmethodik f\u00fcr Produkte der Kreislaufwirtschaft, zur Nutzung im ersten Hauptarbeitspaket bereit, wobei eine starke Interaktion zwischen den beiden Arbeitspaketen vorherrscht. Innerhalb des dritten Hauptarbeitspakets \u201eTechnologien der Kreislaufwirtschaft\u201c erfolgt die Bereitstellung neuer Technologien zur Erarbeitung der \u00f6kologischen Ziele.
