Methoden und Technologien zur Validierung und Optimierung der Ressourceneffizienz von Prozessnetzwerken bei der Herstellung von Leichtbaustrukturen &#8211; hat zum Ziel, M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Senkung der CO\u2082-Emissionen zur Realisierung umweltneutraler Produktionsnetzwerke zu demonstrieren. Mit dem Projekt wird ein Grundstein gelegt, die Zielstellung einer 80-prozentigen CO\u2082-Einsparung bis 2030 zu erm\u00f6glichen. In den drei Projektjahren werden der Aufbau von Werkstoffkreisl\u00e4ufen und einer durchg\u00e4ngig virtuellen Prozesskette, die durchgehende Bilanzierung der Ressourceneffizienz sowie der konsequente Einsatz von erneuerbaren Energien innerhalb eines Prozessnetzwerkes umgesetzt, welche im Gesamtkonzept des Leichtbau-Validierungszentrums (LEIV) weiter ausgebaut und verfeinert werden sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen des Initialisierungsvorhabens METEOR erfolgt zun\u00e4chst die Erarbeitung der ersten infrastrukturellen Grundlagen durch die Entwicklung und den Aufbau einer solarthermischen Werkzeugheizungen und -k\u00fchlung sowie die Etablierung einer Temperier-Kaskade. Dabei sollen die bereits heute realisierbaren, erheblichen CO\u2082-Einsparpotenziale am Beispiel einer f\u00fcr den Systemleichtbau besonders relevanten Prozesskette aus Leichtmetall-Druckguss; Kunststoff-Spritzguss und Mechanischem F\u00fcgen aufgezeigt werden. Die Prozesskette zur Herstellung einer Hybrid-Struktur wird zu einem verkn\u00fcpften Prozessnetzwerk ausgebaut und um moderne und intelligent gesteuerte Prozessf\u00fchrungen sowie aufeinander abgestimmte Technologien erweitert. Hierbei sind eine Vielzahl an dynamisch ver\u00e4nderlichen Prozessparametern und deren Wechselwirkungen zu erfassen und zu steuern. Dies gelingt durch die modellhafte Beschreibung der Prozessparameter-Struktur-Eigenschaft-Beziehungen (Virtueller Zwilling) der entstehenden Leichtbaustruktur in Kombination mit einer Echtzeit-Datenerfassung und Auswertung mittels selbstlernender Softwaresysteme. Zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Erschlie\u00dfung der Einsparpotentiale bedarf es einer Inline-F\u00fcllsimulation zur aktiven Steuerung der Spritz- und Druckgussprozesse sowie zur softwaregest\u00fctzten Vordefinition der Produkteigenschaften. In das Hybridbauteil werden mechanische F\u00fcgelemente in einem adaptiv sensorgef\u00fchrten Montageprozess mittels Cobotern eingesetzt, um den Energiebedarf zu reduzieren und die Demontagef\u00e4higkeit zur Kreislauff\u00fchrung der Werkstoffe zu erreichen. Durch eine umfangreiche Datenerfassung entlang der gesamten Prozesskette soll eine verbesserte Einsch\u00e4tzung der Ressourceneffizienz erm\u00f6glicht werden, um CO\u2082-Einsparpotentiale zu quantifizieren und den Mehrwert moderner Prozessnetzwerke aufzeigen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Diesen komplexen Herausforderungen stellt sich das langfristig angelegte \u201eLeichtbau-Validierungszentrum &#8211; LEIV\u201c, indem ein weitgehend umweltneutrales Produktionsnetzwerk unter Nutzung des FOREL-Technologienetzwerkes realisiert werden soll. Das erkl\u00e4rte Ziel ist die Senkung der CO\u2082-Emissionen in der industriellen Produktion von hybriden Leichtbaustrukturen um 80\u00a0% bis 2030.
