Vor dem Hintergrund aktueller klimatischer und politischer Entwicklungen spielen hierbei neben technischen und \u00f6konomischen Kriterien zunehmend umweltbezogene und soziale Aspekte eine Rolle. In den letzten Jahren haben sich im Leichtbau zunehmend hybride Bauweisen etabliert, die Stoff-, Gestalt- und Funktionsleichtbau synergetisch verkn\u00fcpfen. Durch den Einsatz von verst\u00e4rkten Kunststoffen in Kombination mit Stahl k\u00f6nnen Umweltauswirkungen etwa im Vergleich zu Al-\/Mg-Strukturen deutlich gesenkt werden. Auch zeigt die Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit der neuen Materialien bzw. der Fahrzeugstrukturen gro\u00dfes Potential f\u00fcr verbesserte Umweltauswirkungen. Die Kombination von thermoplastischen Faserverbund(FKV)-Hohlprofilen, Organoblechen und Spritzguss (FuPro-Bauweise) ist hierf\u00fcr pr\u00e4destiniert. Mit nur einem einzigen Werkstoffsystem, welches zudem gut rezyklierbar ist (z.B. GF\/PP), kann dabei gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gestaltungsfreiheit realisiert werden. Die FuPro-Bauweise besitzt aufgrund ihres integralen Charakters erhebliche wirtschaftliche Potenziale gegen\u00fcber klassischen Monomateriall\u00f6sungen.
