Karosseriekomponenten f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge (BEV) am Beispiel eines Crashmanagementsystems im automatisierten Serienumfeld mit erh\u00f6hter St\u00fcckzahl und somit erh\u00f6hter Taktzeitanforderung. Ausgehend von bestehenden mehrteiligen Stahlkonstruktionen auf Basis warmumgeformter St\u00e4hle, soll die Hybridisierung bzw. Funktionalisierung mittels kurz- und langfaserverst\u00e4rkten Kunststoffen erfolgen. Hierdurch soll einerseits das Leistungspotential der Baugruppe verbessert und zudem metallische Einleger substituiert werden. Dabei werden sowohl thermoplastische Halbzeuge wie langfaserverst\u00e4rkte Thermoplaste (LFT) und glasmattenverst\u00e4rkter Thermoplast (GMT) als auch duroplastische Pressmassen wie Sheet Molding Compounds (SMC) betrachtet.<br \/>\nAusgehend von bestehender Anlagentechnik, wird der angedachte Prozessablauf in der ersten Projektphase innerhalb einer sensorintegrierten Laborumgebung f\u00fcr einen Technologietr\u00e4ger aufgebaut. Dieser Prozess dient zum einen zur Erarbeitung einer Datenbasis hinsichtlich einer prozessparameterabh\u00e4ngigen Sensitivit\u00e4tsanalyse, zum anderen k\u00f6nnen diese Daten zur Sch\u00e4rfung der virtuellen Abbildung von Prozess- und Struktursimulation herangezogen werden. Die Erkenntnisse der Prozess und Strukturbewertung flie\u00dfen in die Konstruktion des Finalbauteils Sto\u00dff\u00e4ngerquertr\u00e4ger ein und werden zum Aufbau eines robusten Fertigungsprozesses (Mindestma\u00df an Qualit\u00e4tssicherung) unter F\u00fchrung des Tier1 genutzt. Die Validierung des Finalprozesses soll dabei durch eine Mehrtagesproduktion beim Tier1 erfolgen. Die daraus hervorgehenden Strukturen werden unter OEM-Richtlinien auf ihre strukturellen F\u00e4higkeiten hin untersucht. Diese St\u00fcckzahlproduktion setzt einen geregelten Stofffluss unter Serienbedingungen voraus, was eine detaillierte Prozessplanung (notwendige Halbzeuge, Stellpl\u00e4tze, Lagerung etc.) bedingt und Aufschluss \u00fcber reale Prozess- und Standzeiten liefert. Diese dienen als Grundlage der Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung in Bezug auf bestehende Technologien. Des Weiteren wird hier ein definierter Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch im Sinne eines Grenzmusterkatalogs erarbeitet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div
